The Epsten Gallery (community art exhibit space) from website - "The gallery is a community asset, located in the Village Shalom continuum care facility in Overland Park. It is from this unique venue we reach out to the community through exhibits designed especially to fit our mission: providing 'innovative exhibits and partnerships that inspire, engage and enlighten diverse populations of all ages, celebrating our common humanity through art.' However, it is not just about our exhibits at Epsten Gallery. Our Epsten Gallery ARTicipation program, provides an excellent outreach vehicle, not only to residents of Village Shalom and the Jewish Community, but to the community at large, especially the disadvantaged and under-served. As we continue our commitment to enrich the lives of seniors at Village Shalom, we are committed to broadening our reach and programming beyond the four walls we occupy." |
